From our online portal to paperless* applications, and virtual phones, video calls and Whatsapp messaging we try to keep everything lean. Security is of great importance to us and we make sure all services meet high security standards, such as adhering to the latest Data Protection Regulations (GDPR).
*Where possible we will use digital documents and signatures to avoid printing, however some lenders policies may still require physical documents and signatures.
Insurance
We wouldn’t be doing the job right if we didn’t discuss insurance and protection with you.
Whilst nothing but buildings insurance is usually compulsory, we do believe in protecting your mortgage, income and livelihoods. It will be part of the conversation to make recommendations for this to give you the full service.
